Does not open when it says it does. Got here at 0830 on a Saturday and shutters are down. Perhaps update your opening hours? Or go by the ones set by the post office.

The Old lady that works behind the counter is so rude. Last saturday she shut the counter at 12.20 when the closing is 12.30. The next lady to be served only wanted to send one parcel, and the old lady said no we're shut, and your parcel isnt going anywhere. Will not be going back here. 🤬🤬

OK It's getting near Christmas so queues are to be expected but it is annoying when you buy two padded envelopes from a display that forms part of the Post Office section to reach the counter after 10 or 15 minutes queuing to be told "You can't pay for those here you need to go to a counter in the Chemist Shop. A simple notice on the envelope display advising people to pay at the Chemist counter would be useful.

I use this post office several times a week, although the place is a complete dump. The ladies in the rear post office section are absolutely delightful, and probably the most efficient post office staff |I have ever encountered.
