Absolutely unprofessional and rude staff named Claire. Initial staff member I spoke with was very nice, unfortunately the viewing was booked with her. Unwilling to to carry out a viewing from the beginning, kept changing the viewing times, contradicting her own statements and then booking viewings for times and days she says she can’t do and expect to see you at a property you live 1.5 hours away from with less than an hours notice. When confronted, before I could finish speaking, she abruptly disconnected the call.

Called to enquire about a flat, which was unavailable to view as undergoing some renovations. Left my contact details, called again to check they did not forget me, considering my urgency in finding an accommodation. The agent said they were still waiting to hear from the landlord. This was Friday. Monday morning I found out the property has been already let. Not a call nor an email to update me. Very unprofessional.
