I was served by Jane, she was very rude and seemed very upset as she had a scowl on her face when I first walked in. She shouted at me for not speaking louder despite being able to hear every word I said. She said not everyone can hear me as I had my earphones on but I had no music playing. She then charged me for two portions of cheese, however the portion inside of the sandwich was standard.

Absolutely no need for all the scoffing and rude attitude towards customers, was served by an older blond women with a bob, in a very foul mood I understand Hadfields can get busy but usually greeted by polite staff, but appalled by the behaviour today, the manager seriously needs to have a look into it if your staff aren’t happy about being alone in a morning or their hours being dropped please make sure they don’t take it out on the customers. Honestly wish I walked out.
