The perfect proof that local shops are better than online. Spent multiple days trying to find a certain kind of fuse and googling details from the panel I was looking at, to no avail. Two minutes in this shop and they'd worked out what the problem was and sorted me with a bunch of the correct fuses all for a quid. Plus they were completely understanding of my idiocy on the subject and were kind enough to explain it in terms I could understand.

They ordered an unusual sized oven bulb for me and were cheaper than Amazon too.You won't get this level of personal service at B&Q!! Support these local stores before the 'big guns' force their closure.
