I purchased a blind and forgot to put discount code in for ten percent, that the site flashed up in a pop up box to offer me from Lister Cartwright, when emailed to ask for the discount refunded I was refused and told they would give it in another order and then my second email was ignored and on my third email told they do not do that. Very bad customer service and should have issued a refund ….. won’t buy from here again
