An amazing experience. Using their augmented reality app, Haddonstone Vision we were able to picture how our pedestal and matching planter would sit in our garden. You can even choose your preferred colour to see if it matches your landscape. Haddonstone also kept us informed of our expected delivery date. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Matt Plowe from Haddonstone enough! I required 4 x made to measure gate pier caps of differing sizes and needed to ensure they fitted within obstructions by the gate posts. By sending measurements in rough drawing form and photos, Matt was able to advice accordingly (with type of stone too). Haddonstone is certainly worth the wait in terms of quality and ease of ordering. Bravo!

Total lack of instructions for the (expensive) fountain I purchased - pay £400 for a small garden fountain and work it out yourself. Gave them a ring - sent me a technical specification sheet which was not help. Very disappointing - how difficult is it to put some instructions in with the packaging. Also - isn't it dangerous Electricity+ water+ no instructions... I would avoid this company.

ALERT! BEWARE Genuine honest review. Steer well clear of this company & Key Stonework Ltd, Keystone work Ltd are there re sellers for Haddonstone Ltd. The products I received (sand cast stone) are extremely poor of quality and are already literally disintegrating, when I initially raised my concern they denied responsibility and accused my builder. After a lot of research and other reputable stone companies contacted showing images of the stone I purchased (over £2000!) It soon became quite com-parent the goods I was sold were not suitable for purpose. After getting the stone independently inspected I was told it was due to to a number of factors which include the cheap quality of materials used along with poor workmanship during the manufacturing process. The pier caps and copings I have simply crumble away under your finger nail. Although after presenting my evidence to this company they were not willing to refund me but they did send replacements free of charge but to my horror again are not fit for purpose. I’m now sick of chasing up and getting fobbed off and am now going cutting my losses going to another stone company to fully replace and cut my losses only in hope this review helps at least 1 person. Anyone else reading this please feel free to contact me if you are also in the same position.

Fantastic company , fantastic service , fantastic products . We already have a number of garden ornaments which really enhance our courtyard garden so when deciding to revamp our fireplace decided to go back to Haddonstone for a stone fire surround . We are pleased we made this choice as the product looks amazing and has transformed our living room . The whole process was smooth and professional as it should be for a premium brand . I would have no hesitation in recommending Haddonstone for both home and garden renovations.
