FAQ
What specific training and certifications do your trainers have in horse care and riding?
Our trainers have extensive experience in horse care and riding, with a focus on dressage and show jumping. They hold various certifications from recognized equestrian organizations and continue to receive ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in horse training. Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?
Yes, we can provide references and testimonials from previous clients upon request. We are proud of the positive feedback we have received from satisfied clients and are happy to share their experiences with potential new clients. How do you assess the needs and abilities of the horse and rider before creating a training program?
We conduct a thorough evaluation of both the horse and rider before creating a training program. This includes assessing the horse's temperament, physical condition, and level of training, as well as the rider's experience, goals, and riding style. We then develop a customized training program that takes into account these factors and is tailored to meet the specific needs and abilities of both horse and rider. What is the average length of time for a horse to complete your training program?
The length of our training programs varies depending on the needs and abilities of the horse and rider. Our programs are designed to be flexible and adaptable, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for the horse and rider. We work closely with our clients to establish realistic goals and timelines for each individual training program. What measures do you have in place for ensuring the safety and well-being of the horses during training sessions?
The safety and well-being of our horses is our top priority. We have strict protocols in place for ensuring that our horses are properly cared for and protected during training sessions. This includes ensuring that horses are properly warmed up and cooled down before and after training, providing appropriate feed and water, and monitoring their physical condition throughout the training process. We also have experienced staff on hand to provide immediate medical attention if necessary.Reviews

Lake of communication, very disorganised. Am very disappointed with the experience that has been shown. Not recommended.

Very poor support for applicants and potential learners, disappointing lack of response despite fulfilling all follow up requests and application instructions, no subsequent response to voicemails, emails or web enquiry forms, learners are left out in the cold with no feedback or conclusion. Clearly only interested in accessing government funding rather than inspiring and developing young people. Avoid this ‘training’ company, there are more pro-active and learner focused providers out there. Expecting a generic pacifying response if any at all given their inability to respond to ANY direct communication.
