I attended a workshop with Nat who was great and very knowledgeable - I was curious to learn more about herbalism and this felt like the perfect introduction! I left feeling like I had learnt a lot and also had made my own lip balm, spray and tea bags. It is such a lovely way to spend an afternoon, highly recommend. The class also felt very inclusive.

Had a brilliant workshop with Nat this morning on the herbal Wellbeing Masterclass. Informative and full of engaging activities. We made our own teas, balm and spray using essential oils and with the herbal knowledge taught in the session. Would thoroughly recommend anyone interested in learning more about herbs and how to make your own blends
