The finish on our laminate flooring was okay at best. Noticeable gaps noted, poor cutting, and within a year the trimmings are popping off the base boards. The carpet they laid also is lifting in some areas, some pieces are fraying, and can see glue under some of the metal carpet cover strips. We wanted to support local....unfortunately the quality is subpar.

Not so happy with the service. Item I chose was unavailable after confirming was available. Had to go in and choose again. Been charged £70 for fitting vinyl in kitchen. I expected a professional finnish. Sadly , not a neat finnish with some areas with gaps and joints. I was told I had to remove all appliances and if I wanted them to do it I would be charged an extra £80. I expected a large cut out as I paid for 14m2 unfortunately I'm told there isn't a cut out.
