In quite a lot of discomfort with my ear, apparently Nothing can be done need to go privately? I found the information given to me to be curt and unsympathetic. I've never had an issue before and have been with this practice for 35 years. Let's hope there is no infection behind the wax as I would be reluctant to call back.normaly everyone us so nice but not today
