Had a fantastic experience in the store recently with Ben. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful in choosing a wedding suit. He is truly passionate about what he does and his customer service is first class. When I arrived with my partner he was juggling a whole host of other customers, but it was not long until we had his full attention and courteous assistance. I have been a customer of 30 years of Hackett and have many great products. BUT I bought an Aston Martin jacket on January 13th 2022 and after little or no use The AM logo started to peel off (Feb 2023), I spoke to customer support and they asked me to visit the Regents' Street store for review, where I was told it was fair wear and tear, on a jacket that had been worn maybe 20 times and is 50 days out of warranty for a £350rrp jacket. So the quality of Hackett's products seem to be as low as their respect for their customers. So nice shop very poor quality product today, it used to be great but now lasts many a year, the usual things of big brands forgetting their core customers. UPDATE: BTW Hackett have replied to this review a week ago but to date have not been in touch, but probably more for public show.

These guys are stellar! I am attending a business event in London and I forgot my pocket square at home. After calling Hackett, they have been really helpful in helping me pay for one online and then, as I didn't have enough time to get to the store until it closed, they personally handed it to an Uber driver to bring it to me.
