Received half kitchen ordered that also in wrong colour. Charged full amount upfront. Selling authorised agent was a fraud, and Hacker head office took no action. Will be reporting them for fraud. I now get a reply from Hacker that they are not responsible for their retailers not delivering the good. Half doors and cabinets are missing. For a kitchen over £14,000. Full money taken upfront for cabinets - which were not delivered. Hacker takes no responsibility for vetting its retailers and confirming they deliver all parts. Others have had similar experience on the reviews I see. So please don’t get your self fooled by these scammers!!

We bought a Hacker kitchen from a company who no longer deals with Hacker. Due to a minor problem with a cupboard door we contacted Hacker Kitchens direct & after providing them with full details of our kitchen they issued a replacement door without question. The service was outstanding & the lady we dealt with was incredibly helpful in every aspect of the process. From start to finish the whole process was outstanding with every stage communicated to us thereby ensuring we were upto date with events. Highly recommend Hacker for their service, professionalism & the quality of their products. Thank you Hacker Kitchens.

Extremely disappointed with the after sales service and quality of the goods. Bought a kitchen costing the best part of £40K through Vogue kitchens who were excellent. But having taken away Vogue's dealership my concerns about the quality of the goods purchased have simply fallen on deaf ears and there has been zero help in trying to get the matter sorted as they simply want me to go back to Vogue who are not in a position to help as Hacker don't deal with them any more! How ridiculous is that?! Be very wary because if Hacker change suppliers they will wash their hands of it and say it isn't their problem and the item is discontinued. For such a large company the stance has been appalling and they have made no effort to help me with my problem. If you are going to spend a lot of money on a kitchen be very, very careful. Would be very difficult to recommend Hacker after this experience, I gave them enough chances to resolve this but they just seem interested in taking th money and moving onto to the next customer. In this day and age who runs a business like this?!
