DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Table, walls and menu dirty. I ordered chicken Katsura curry which turned up with beef. Rice underdone, sauce was dark brown almost black and sickly sweet. Chicken was rubbery and underdone. Didn’t try the beef! Told waitress food disgusting! Bill was for full amount. Said to waitress I’m surprised your charging me. She laughed.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Kimuchi they served was spoiled and there were some filthy dirts on the plates which were set on the table from the beginning. When I politely asked to change them, the staff blatantly showed the reluctant/annoyed face and talking to the other staff behind in Japanese and giggling. For their price, their service should be way better. Even meat/source/miso soup were not good at all. So many better restaurants available around there. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately.

I have eaten here before and was very happy with the meal, however I ate for a second time and was sadly not happy with the experience. We booked through open table to seat at 8:30pm, a week prior. I didn’t check opening times, as I thought that if you are being offered the time to eat then you should have sufficient time, unfortunately this was not the case. They claim to close at 9:30, but there was no warning of this when booking that we would only have an hour to eat. We arrived before 8:30 and were sat down promptly at 8:30, we ordered after a few minutes and the food took around 10 minutes to be brought to us. After about 20 minutes the waitress came to take last order. Even though we hadn’t finished, we ordered more anyway. She then told us they close at 9:30, the time was just gone 9. after about 5-10 more mins we received the meat. By this time, they were cleaning up , taking apart all the grills, rushing around, taking plates from us as soon as possible, all whilst we were trying to cook the meat as quickly as we could. At 9:30 the bill was put on the table, and we were prompted to pay, even though we were still eating. I understand the waitresses want to get home, but I do not agree with taking booking times where people cannot get a satisfactory experience especially when we paid £90+ each for this meal, and now I’m home I can hardly remember even eating as it was so rushed. The food is ok quality, it’s just disappointing that you are expected to eat and cook at a bbq restaurant within an hour. Especially if you want to come with friends for a slow relaxed meal, you will not find that here.
