I put in an order and had still not received it 3 and a bit weeks later. I decided to chase the seller, the email response s were incredibly passives aggressive and rude, as though I was in the wrong for wanting to know where the items I paid for were. Finally got a refund.

Contacted seller and asked if order could be tracked at all? and received this...................New message from: habbyworld (17,884YellowShooting Star) I just knew I would have a problem with you. I was just going to refund you and not send it. I wish I had now. Your dodgy username and no feedback. Alarm bells were ringing then. I am hardly going to send a few pence order recorder that is just silly. I am here to make money not give it away........ I did a guest payment so username was generated,the answer above is just unbelievable, I really wanted the product but I guess this wasn’t a customer service good day! Alarm bells for a £9 order... really? Product arrived on the 17th day just refused it and told them to keep the money. Not worth the disgusting messages. shame good product.
