    After being served our Section 21 at our property at the time we spent close to all our 2 months looking for properties only to be left with no responses or constantly turned away by other estates agents. But Rachel has been so helpful and assertive in contacting our potential landlady, keeping us in the loop with daily updates and even going as far as to convince the landlady to allow me to bring my pet along to the property it has made the whole process so much easier and substantially less stressful!
