*For transparency I have edited review due to changes in Haart's quality* After an initial hiccup, Ella and Jess were successful in finding tenants for the place and handling of some tricky issues. Since then, however, Haart have failed abismally to manage the property effectively. This has resulted not only in deterioration of the property, but has risked the health of tenants. Despite my attempts to engage, Haart have not sought to resolve issues that have been ongoing for more than 18 months - do not recommend.

A situation of ridicule and discrimination on his part for two months fighting after a flood in my apartment and two years to do work with a rent that is not cheap....We will continue to expand the list after 6 months without a complete response to a serious problem, total irresponsibility added to the lack of respect for good people BEWARE THE TENANT IS NOT A PRIORITY HERE... they make fun of all your rights as a tenant and like people.

Shakira in particular has been so helpful and responsive, looking after us both before and after we signed the contract. There have been a number of outstanding issues that require resolution with the landlord and she has been very good a facilitating this and enabling the works to be undertaken. We would recommend finding a property through Haart
