I'm leaving this review on behalf of my mother-in-law, who has recently sold her property through haart Braintree. A few weeks ago, she called me for some support in selling her home and moving closer to us. I was put in touch with Gary, and went along to his appointment with my mother-in-law. From the very moment he arrived, he did an absolutely brilliant job of putting her at ease and removing so much of the stress she was feeling. Her home went onto the market the following Tuesday, a viewing was set up for the Friday, and on the Saturday she called me to say that she’d accepted an offer for full asking price! The turn-around has been just incredible to see, and she was very quickly able to place on offer (which was accepted!) on a beautiful property that she loves and is very excited about. Without Gary’s support and guidance, even the very beginning of this process could have been so much more stressful and complicated than it needed to be, let alone the result he produced in just four days from going to market.
