Very unprofessional estate agent. The head office is great but the Borehamwood team are shocking. You make an offer on a property and don’t hear back. The latest offer was incorrectly relayed to the house owner resulting in a rejection. They don’t listen to the customer. Very disappointing service. In the current housing market and as a serious buyer, they have not been helpful or proactive at all.
