Ben is extremely personable which for me was key when looking for an instructor. The lessons are motivating and progression is the focus. He genuinely wants you to progress and doesn’t slow things up to just take the money. Ben has taken me on my journey from beginner to intermediate and I am looking forward to continuing to learn from him. The service level H2O provides is impeccable with a constant can do attitude. The club provides the perfect blend of sport and socialising with a friendly atmosphere. Ben makes sure everyone is welcome and ensures the service level everyone receives is outstanding. Ben is not blinkered in his approach and can cater for any age, families etc to ensure everyone experiences an enjoyable day.
