I’m January the owner of the business informed me that they charge on a pro rata basis over 50 weeks per year at £8.40 per session. A £35 per month direct debit. As the year has panned out it is clear there is no foresight. Randomly they decide to close over bank holidays etc as and when it suits the owner. This has ended up the swimming service being open for 47 weeks and despite the “pro rata” approach to payments the owner does not see the need to drop the payments accordingly for all members. She is taking advantage of all her members!
