I had the tub delivered and installed on Friday. The delivery team consisting of John & Mark were amazing coping with a very challenging rear access and despite some slight small teething problems the delivery team left the hot tub working perfectly. The team made sure to explain how to use the hot tub correctly, controlling the water flow and using the chemicals to treat the water. Very pleased with the overall hot tub, especially the seating configuration and jet positioning. I previously owned a blow up hot tub, after many years of owning one of these it was time for an upgrade - which I am completely satisfied with the end result. Excellent office communications and customer service from Pauline & Molly. I would also like to commend Steve from the engineering team for assisting the delivery team. Overall I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend.

We've been enjoying our new hot tub (500 series) for two weeks now so about time to write a review. We actually ordered the tub five months ago and H2O have been super patient while I have been building the "shed" to house it. We travelled to Nottingham from North Wales to visit the showroom and it was well worth the visit. Pauline was a lovely host, and answered all of our questions without being pushy at all, and I definitely recommend a visit. Gregg has also been very helpful with the follow up service since we placed our order. I can also recommend paying for installation, even with plug and play. Conor and Josh were very professional on their visit. It was a bit awkward getting the tub around to the back of the house, but they made it look easy and took great care with everything, and gave complete instructions on the operation and maintenance of the hot tub. Thanks for the great service, highly recommended.

the service from H2) has been great from start to finish. Pauline who we first saw was lovely. Not pushy at all and gave great sound advice for what we required. Gregg was also super helpful in relation to queries via whats app and phone. The delivery and installation was super easy done by two great chaps. (Conor and Josh). Very friendly and informative, good sense of humour, chipper and not over bearing. 5 stars all the way. Thankyou to all the team xxxx
