My car was returned unclean, it took a lot longer than estimated, my passenger seat was damaged, my first aid kit is missing and the staff complained my car was "really dirty"... For £124 and over a three hour wait I would have expected my car to be returned clean, undamaged, without branded components missing and without the staff complaining - Horrible experience, how on earth do you get a car wash wrong! What an embarrassment these guys are. I recently had the misfortune of falling for the "detailing service" offered by H20. The package promised to leave my car in a "back to new" condition, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of any expectations. Upon receiving my car back, I was appalled at the poor quality of the work done. Despite paying over £100, my car still had visible grime and stains that were not properly removed. The inspector initially dismissed my concerns and even suggested that the marks on the car were damage to the paintwork! However, after showing him how easily the grime could be removed with just a gentle swipe of my nail, his colleague began wiping it off with a wet cloth. To make matters worse, I had to point out over 15 to 20 different spots on the car that were still unclean, which left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. When Dolly, the supposed senior staff member, joined us, she tried to blame the flies for the poor cleaning job, even when she knew that her team had not even washed the car properly. Not acceptable, given the price I paid. The cherry on top was when the manager offered a meager £10 discount on my next visit as compensation, which was insulting given the amount I had already paid for what was essentially a jet wash. It became apparent that this level of service was the norm at H20, as the customer before me had the same complaints. Despite admitting that the car was not cleaned correctly, the company refused to offer a refund, citing their policy. Overall, my experience with H20 was a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend this service to anyone and would advise others to look elsewhere at a company that actually offers a detailing service rather than a quick jet wash.
