    Just called to ask about a day date 40 and spoke to a very lazy, depressing, miserable lady on the phone who just wanted to cut the phone as soon as she could and not answer any questions with a brat, not bothered attitude. I asked very politely what the price of a watch i saw on c24 was if i was to buy direct from them and she lied and said "your only allowed to buy on c24" when i asked her if she's serious as i know they sell direct,.. she then suddenly changed her mind and said "yes, you can buy direct" in a brat, not bothered voice. I then had to end the call as i do not want to spend 70k with such a rude company. If any management or company owners read this.. Please tell her to fix up her stinky attitude as she will ruin your company image, lose you money and make people dislike you. I am an employer myself and would never ever hire someone like her and if i did by mistake, i would sack her ASAP. Truely disgusting attitude.

    AVOID THIS STORE! They practice unsafe, impractical and unrealistic handling of personal / sensitive information and should be avoided unless you are willing to risk identity theft and fraud. My experience with this store was as follows. I purchased something nice and transferred the payment to them from my UK bank account. Following the payment, they made contact stating that i had to comply with an unpublished policy (not anywhere on website, during or post checkout or in any communication prior to receiving the funds). In short they demanded i provided sensitive personal information through unredacted scans (passport / driver license / proof of residence for 3 months) attached to an unencrypted e-mail sent to a gmail account, they wouldn't even settle for the scans in a password protected archive, they seriously have no idea. If you do not comply, they will simply return the money and refuse to deal with you or cover any incurred expenses as a result of their inept handling. Attempting to work with them to find a more suitable means of exchanging this information was met with the most arrogant and deplorable customer service i have ever experienced. They were unwilling to compromise in any way and returned the money paid for the item (not an insignificant amount either). In this case i managed to get the same item, at a lower price from a local company just several days later and what i lost in transaction fees (that they refused to cover even 50% of) i actually made back with currency fluctuations. Nightmare staff, service, business and experience. We have a choice when faced with conduct and processes such as these. We either support them and their way of doing business or we let them know just what we think of our experience and hope that they take the feedback onboard and improve. In this instance i hold very little hope of improvement so, leave this review in the hope that a miracle prevail and if not, serve as a warning to current and future potential customers.

    I've been looking to buy my wife an IWC Watch for her birthday. I found H&Y Jewelery who had a pre owned watch the same model which was described as new with all the correct paperwork and box it also came with 2 straps. Having never dealt with H&Y before we were very nervous. We are also still self isolating. The watch has been delivered today through DHL without drama. I don't see us buying a new watch again, ever thing is exactly as described. Thank you H&Y and Patrycia for giving us a saving of 32% and very pleasant experience
