Michael and Marek at H. Stain are the most considerate and helpful gentlemen. I had a very difficult ring to remove but with time and determination it eventually came off! They will repair and re-size ring. The shop is full of exquisite jewellery and watches. Dog-friendly shop too!! A treasure of a find.

Great work done on an engraving job with the result exactly as I had hoped for. I wanted a ring engraved with words my beloved late fiancé had written to me and I provided Steve with photos of my fiance’s handwriting. My instructions were very detailed and they were followed to the letter. Steve also gave me a chance to review my order before the work was commenced. The handwriting sample was perfectly reproduced on the ring and I am very pleased.
