My neighbour bought some stuff from them. It arrived nine hours later than expected, and the delivery person was quite disrespectful and asking for more money than the company had requested. It was difficult to trust the informal invoice was legitimate because it was covered in numerous cuttings. When the neighbour declined and wanted to speak with the business, they declined. Money laundering is undoubtedly taking on in this situation. The business and its employees need to be trained to conduct themselves professionally and refrain from verbally and physically abusing their clients. obscene behaviour. The driver does a terrible job. begins insultingly cursing at you. His speech was abhorrent. The driver displays his disgusting and frightening nakhre, screams his guts out, and demands the remaining £200 immediately. Due to the fact that this is not a kind way to treat someone, they declined with good reason. They kindly replied that they will make payment as soon as feasible at the headquarters.

SHOCKED. Yes u heard that right. S-H-O-C-K-E-D. Pathetic. Ridiculous. Shambolic. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Traumatising. Are they known for their excellent customer service or their disgusting customer seduction 👙!!!!!!! We've been loyal customers to H&S builders merchants for many years and have years worth of trust on multiple occasions. Ordering goods worth nearly £20,000. Never made any payment delays always payed in advance. Made payments before we even placed the order like that. Today, we were expecting a crucial delivery early morning with enough time for our employed workers to work throughout the day with those ordered materials. 1. The delivery arrives when all the workers are gone back home after waiting hours n hours and taking a free pay day. Cheers mate 👍 might aswell come when we're all deep sleeping 😴 and the nocturnal animals are around. 2. The driver has the audacity to give dirty gestures to my sister and aunty. Sorry are u aware of how disturbing such gestures could be mentally. Shes a growing adult, who regularly socialises. Furthermore the driver couldn't even follow simple offloading Instructions given by my uncle, when he said drop it to the left = he dropped it to the right. Drop it correctly = he dropped it incorrectly. Make it safe = made it unsafe. But okay maybe it's language barrier. Period . 3. After the driver presented his disgusting and horrible nakhre, the driver yells his lungs and demands the remaining £200 immediately. We refused rightly so because this is no humanial manner to speak to someone. We kindly replied we will pay at the head office at earliest convenience, thank you. The driver goes abysmal. Starts swearing at us, inappropriately. Dirty words out his mouth. And attempts to get his gang of illegal immigrants on us with multiple threats and questions my uncles parenting abilities of his children when they hadn't even said a word. The have got awful customer service, the delivery driver was extremely rude and was being both verbally and even physically abusive. The police had to be called to deal with the situation. As a customer I felt extremely disrespected as I have ordered a lot of material from this company and all it caused me was stress and problems. I advise everyone to avoid ordering from them to save you the hassle of dealing with constant late deliveries.

DISGRACEFUL service. Police had to be called on the delivery driver. Ordered material worth £15-20k since 2021 with them but their delivery is always late. Recently ordered £500 (deposit given in advance ) worth of material and they said well deliver around 8-10am but it came at 5pm. Had to pay the workers at my house regardless. Delivery driver asked for the remaining money and we said delivery came too late I’ll pay in the shop on Monday and ask why it’s always late. I had cash to pay him regardless and would’ve given it if his attitude was good but he started physically and verbally abusing. Police had to be called and matters have been escalated. Don’t order from them. Really bad service even to loyal patient customers
