I bought a Vintage Ferrari here to be serviced. They then proceeded to drill into my petrol tank during the installation of a Fire Extinguisher and try to say there was a fuel leak and make me pay for the repairs. Only when I insisted upon inspecting the car did they come clean and admit their mistake. They then installed a timing belt incorrectly and caused the valves to bend and try to hide their mistake. They refused to accept responsibility and offered me less than 30% contribution to the repairs another Ferrari garage wanted to put it right as I would not trust them to do the job. Now I am going to have to take them to court to recover my money despite video and photo evidence and another garage confirming that they are at fault. If you care about your car do not bring it here under any circumstances. The work you think is being carried out correctly is not. They are rushing cars and your safety could be at risk. This dealership only cares about profit and anyone that has been to collect their car from service knows it looks more like a supermarket with people in and out and cars off and on ramps with no care and consideration. You bring your pride and joy here expecting the best service but what you get is far from it. I can assure you that as some point that someone is going to have an accident because of their botched work. The garage I took it too was shocked by the poor quality of work. For your safety even if it means travelling further or having your car collected by another garage do not come here. I do not want someone get hurt. Please share with as many people as possible and I only can hope that Ferrari Head quarters who I have contacted takes some action. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have now called 4 times to try to book in a recall. I need this because the recall states brakes may partially or total fail- not good for a £260K car. I have been promised two call back- none received. I can't book on line because i don't have the full VIN number and then am asked to contact Ferrari. The manager is busy. The people taking bookings are busy. Its a JOKE. How am i meant to get booked in. Milan

My vehicle has been here twice now , for warranty work to be honest it’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First time car was their list was given to the advisor and car come back after 6 days and the problem still there and they send the car back with the breaks still squeaking again after 4 days the car being there no one has called me or anything to advise me what’s going on and the car was brought back with more problem as the dashboard has starting to lift and damage to the dashboard Service: Auto maintenance

The service staff are keen but inexperienced, judging by the amount of Ferraris waiting on the forecourt they have plenty on their plate...i bought my Ferrari California new from HROwen but i have now been waiting FIVE WEEKS and counting for information and estimate to replace a carbon filter , which has initiated the ENGINE MALFUNCTION warning light this seems serious, but they don't return my several requests for an estimate! Perhaps the very experienced Service Manager is reading this and may prompt some serious action .? If not , should a worthy competitor to HR Owen be seeing this and show some professional interest I would be happy to take a call.. .. Should the Managing Director get to see this i would imagine he would not be impressed that i have to resort to a review to get the service i should expect.. Ferrari California 2o5 k.. I look forward to a call !!
