Can be rude if you come across a prob n when you go to complain,also prices can change instantly like one day multi finish is £9.50each n next day when you pick up 10 bags it's £11each,it's a builders yard, cambabest is 9.50 n never change price over night,also plasterboard tape is £4.50 every where else n these lot sell it for £7each,the guy brings out things to you the old man seems to be angry all the time,and the brothers start writing your receipt with bismillah,local hardware stores are cheaper than these fockers

An established builders merchants that has been established in the area for a while now, I first visited when they opened up and than had to go in again Oct 2022. Their range in goods is broad, they have utilised the space well and have kept everything neatly in sections. The system to purchase is good also, you walk in tell them what you want, pay for it and than you either go out to the yard or in the warehouse for one of their attendants to collect for you. When last visited, their process to purchase was seamless, they have multiple payment methods and to get goods from them into your car was also seamless, a highly recommended place to visit for all your building needs. I will come back for another visit again.

If I could give minus numbers I would. I have never met such disgusting and rude people in my entire life! They pushed my elderly father and screamed at us for literally no reason. I cut my finger deep to the bone DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM and they refused to provide first aid! I strongly urge everyone TO STAY AS FAR AWAY as possible from this business and these people!

This people are an absolute thief, you pay them but when come to deliver of your material they don’t care of the quality. They delivered unusual garden material, broken slabs and refused to take any responsibility of it. They refusing to exchange or give me a refund. An absolute Thief , rubbing people at daylight. Pros: prices are reasonable and competitive, and more or less in line with other competitors. Staff are ok too, depends on their mood I suppose. Material is good quality. Cons: Delivery management is concerning. I ordered a big load of timber and on the day of delivery, by 4pm I still received nothing. I called them out of courtesy and they forgot my delivery was scheduled for the day. I had to show proof of purchase for them to act. In fairness, they did get the delivery done within 3 hours of my phone call, around 17:30/18:00
