Appalling service. After ordering and paying £1600 for an item that arrived with a fault we have had to chase on several occasions for a reply. Yet to see a reply with any form of commitment. I will be taking this further as the item hasnt been collected and refunded as requested numerous times. Avoid - next email to the complaints of trading standards.

Updated: TV DID ARRIVE. Took 5 weeks, but got there in the end I think there may be some logistical/distribution issues at this company, as after ordering a TV online, it took 2 weeks to receive a shipped email - but no tracking details, and no TV. After numerous emails and calls, and writing a few online reviews, John did sort out delivery via amazon logistics, and was then in good contact with tracking etc. The TV thankfully did turn up, so it is a genuine company, and John was very apologetic about it all. Hopefully they can sort out the delivery side of their business, but at least i managed to read lots of books while waiting for my new TV.

I was looking for a Sony FX9 and i found the best deal with H.Preston. The delivery was a little longer than normal due to the customs and import delays direct from Sony Europe I got the camera about 10 days after I placed the order no ones fault The camera is fantastic and I would always recommend H.Preston great local Midlands shop with fantastic service and back up Thanks Andy for helping me set the camera up thanks

WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM This has to be some sort of Ponzi Scheme as after 3 months I still don't have my item and they still have my money even after I requested a refund. The order was cancelled by them when I asked for the refund. Many follow up emails asking them when they are going to refund my money and nothing. This was 1 month ago. I spoke to other retailers to find out when the same item would arrive with them and they all gave me a told me it was October. John's tactic is to tell you 'soon' and 'I'll get back to you' - which he never does. John straight up doesn't reply to 2/3 emails and will NEVER give you a straight answer, which is why after 2 months of not having my item (which was showing in stock and ready for despatch when I ordered it) I requested the refund. John will stall, ignore you and waste your time. So unless you want to strap in for the frustrating experience, don't waste your time. The fact that some people are recieving their orders and a lot of other people aren't suggests that those who aren't are paying for the ones who do get their items with their own money and time.

Bought an fx6, quickly cancelled my order within the next day. I was assured the refund would be with me withing 7-10 days and then 7-14 days. Its been 30 days and still nothing. they keep saying they are looking into it but come on ! ive never recieved an email showing what theyre doing or what issues theyre having, but if i was the owner id just issue another refund and cancel the other one later !

Must say I was very skeptic all due to some shocking reviews across different platforms. However, we ordered an FX3 package with some batteries and it arrived within the time frame at a hugely discounted rate compared to other stores. Customer service could definitely be improved which is why only 4 stars. Will definitely be shopping here again

I placed the order on 04/18/23, and despite 28 days having passed, I still haven't received the product. This forced me to purchase batteries from another company, which arrived within 4 days despite being further away. Update 05/20/23: After some back and forth communication, I finally received a refund, and I have updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. Initially, I suspected I had been scammed and had to go through the dispute process with my bank. I also started collecting evidence to raise awareness among other consumers and protect their rights. However, upon receiving the refund, I no longer feel the need to pursue that course of action. I'm relieved that the refund was processed through a secure method, as opposed to the initial request for my bank details to expedite the process. While I have been informed that the package was lost in transit, the slow customer service and the unprofessional request for my bank details left a negative impression. I hope this is an isolated incident, but I encourage you to review other feedback about the company that came to my attention during my research. Thank you for taking the time to consider my experience. For those who seem to also be having issues (Or are being ignored): Check your payment method: If you paid using a credit card, contact your credit card company or bank to inquire about their dispute resolution process. They may be able to initiate a chargeback or help mediate the issue on your behalf. Consumer protection organizations: In the UK, you can seek assistance from consumer protection organizations such as Citizens Advice or Trading Standards. They can provide guidance on consumer rights, help mediate disputes, and offer advice on further steps to take.
