Verbally agreed on conducting a full structural survey with beam calcs for a loft conversion for £500. Instead he provided me with a basic home buyers report for £500; my bank offered this for £350. Luke himself is a really friendly guy and sounds trustworthy. If using his services be careful and get agreement of work in writing so you know exactly what to expect. I feel done over. He hasn't offered any partial refunds.

Luke prepared the drawings and calculations for our extension last summer. There was a little back and forth with questions from the council that Luke handled for us, which was great. Extension is done now as per the drawings. I would not hesitate to recommend Luke at HL Surveying - Many thanks.
