    An absolute joke of a company, our building is disgusting as there are homeless people squatting in the entrance and peeing on the floor because of the broken doors. One lift hasn't worked for several months, and the other one keeps on breaking down. Yesterday, some guys broke into the service doors and damaged the main water pipes, which resulted in a pretty bad leak. I called them many times and they sent a technician, but the leak is still not fixed and there is water everywhere. It's just sad that a company like that can still be in business when they seem to offer such poor services to the community, based on all the bad Google reviews and my own experience.

    Hi! ive been under HLM property for almost a year. we've had 0 management, my property has had severe damage, negligenceand 0 respond back every time I call its told someone will get back to me and sadly never has! I then received an invoice for the year demanding payment when 0 services have been carried out. Not only has my property been damaged, my wall is full of mold (and I own the leasehold!) and the guttering was so blocked I had to pay out of my own way £383 and have't heard anything in return. Its super disheartening to have this experience having run my own business and mental health association to have this treatment but shows a reflection of the business and the lack of care not only for the members but for the business as a whole as well as their customers. I will be filling a complaint and a letter to the ombudsman today as its been almost 8 months of nothing done. I hope this business gives their clients n the hands of someone who is responsible for property management.

    Would give 0 stars if it were possible. This company cannot provide a simple gardening service and despite chasing them for 5 months there has been no result, only empty promises. Communication is bad at best, non - existing or extremely disrespectful at its worse. We are paying high fees for absolutely nothing. It is shocking that this is legal.
