Fantastic service and beyond helpful. In a bid to avoid the eyewatering cost of sending my watch back to Cartier for a bracelet repair, I took it to HJ Johnson. The watch was repaired in a matter of days (Cartier timetable is typically 6-8 weeks - just to replace a battery). As to the cost - it's no exaggeration to say that Ruth and her team have saved me hundreds of pounds.
