Terrible after care service. Purchased two draw units from this company a few weeks ago. Delivery was good and we were happy with the units. However, one of the draw knobs fell off just two days later. The screw used to hold the knob was far too small. I've contacted this company twice for a replacement/longer screw and they have been unwilling to help. I shouldn't have to repair furniture of this quality just days after delivery. This should have been an easy fix... But the customer service is utterly lacking. I'll now need to spend my time and money fixing something they should have repaired by just posting me the right screws.
