    I'd rung around a few local area suppliers and was impressed with the friendly and helpful manner of the H&D front of house team who took my call. Tony came on site to advise the best options available, which was incredibly helpful, and we then honed the options down to the system which would work best for my needs. Dan visited on site when the space was ready in order to cut holes through the outer wall that were required for fitting and, again, was very helpful in explaining the process. Tom installed the unit and was incredibly helpful. He kept me informed of each stage of the install process. The Unit looks great and does the job required perfectly. At the start of this process I did look around at other local companies for A/C unit and install costs and H&D were very competitive. I am 100% happy with the service (and after service) provided. So much so that I took the time out to personally thank H&D via a call for their fantastic overall team effort. Highly recommended. Service: Install AC

    The Team at H&D Air Conditioning are first class. They have supplied our Aircon units at home for a few years now and honestly, nothing is ever to much trouble and the service and support is first class. So to is the advice. Honestly, they confirm when they will arrive, if they are running late (rarely happens) they let you know and when they do arrive, they even put plastic bags around their shoes to keep your home clean. They are so friendly, happy to answer any questions and clean up so well, its like they haven't even been at your home. Products are great and we only wish we could put an Aircon unit in every room... one day :) Wanted to say a special thank you go Gary (engineer) who came the other day and serviced all of our units. Brilliant job and you could not wish to meet a more nicer or friendly person. Honestly, if you are thinking of putting in Aircon, you need to speak to H&D Air Conditioning. A lot of other companies could really learn a thing or two from them and then some! Service: Cleaning
