I would leave zero stars if it was possible. It took me a month to get an appointment for a blood test. Nobody answers the phone here. Eventually got through to an idiotic, grumpy person. On the appointment day itself -very slow and disorganised. You should plan on arriving 40 mins early to avoid stress. Despite having arranged an appointment with a consultant/nurse/phelbotomist (and already sent ahead all insurance details and personal information), you will still need to register from scratch on arrival (despite being my third visit!!!). Reception will have you complete detailed forms, the information on which are then entered into a computer by hand - so slow. Only then are you checked in for your appointment and the relevant department notified. There is only one person at the front desk to enter this information. As there were multiple people in line before me, this process took an infuriating amount of time. I have since (2 weeks after appointment) received two phone calls from reception asking me to confirm more details. Hopeless. I'll never go back here. I'd rather wait in A&E all day than pay for this nonsense.

Not impressed. Promised to send results of my ultra scan to my GP by the next day. Did not arrive. I tel. to ask. They left me on hold and then closed the telephone line down for the evening. Will not use again.

Doctors use this place as another hub to see patients. It is also very convenient in terms of location..This could have been a hidden gem - as there is no other similar size clinic around... I am always happy with the doctors' service but not with the other personnel..Especially it is quite a challenge to get some information from the nurses or to make a booking with the other personnel. I couldn't even figure out a protocol to take my diagnostic tests!! Or, I missed the deadline of a test because of lack of information...and I had to attend again..also, I tried to reach the units few times in two different days by phone but could not reach.. They work like a GP instead of a private clinic.. Try to use the other HCA clinics...
