I needed a couple of things urgently and Sam went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for (difficult when you can't visit the shop). He was friendly, helpful and I received my items quickly. In today's world of internet shopping it was great to know that good old fashioned service is still out there! Unfortunately they are nowhere near where I live so I will never see the shop but I recommend them highly.

A great service from by Sam - he suggested a number of options, did a home visit with samples to choose from and then returned to fit a number of door handles with locks to a very professional standard. Couldn't have asked for more.
