I was using Gympass and they’re good. Now that I have left I have been charged for months. They have no contact number which is extremely unhelpful, so it is almost impossible to contact them. I have been paying for ages and my work can’t do anything about it either since Gympass sends them a report.

Worst service and app. App sign me out many times and then don’t allow me to login again with same login details. Not even sending reset password email for days. But they charge you regularly without solving your problem. Send emails but no response. They don’t give any phone number so they don’t need answer anything. When you go gym gym staff treats you like you are unwanted guest. Specially everyone active dormers wells. Before it used to be so simple to book just on everyone active app and go. Now you need to book in gym pass and wait for approval, if they I don’t know who is approving will not approve then come back home. Gym staff clearly says they don’t deal with gym pass. And gym pass says talk to Gym staff so you understand you are like cucumber in middle of 2 bread. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN GYM PASS.

I’d like to give a massive thank you to Bhavana and Nicole. I was having problems signing up to Gympass. It took a few weeks to sort out but I was always kept in the loop always updated every day. I was reassured that they were still there and that they were trying to sort the problem out. Very friendly, very approachable, and nothing was too much. Everything was explained in what the problem was. And to my relief, it’s all been sorted. Thank you once again guys, you are a credit to you company!!

Very disappointed that Gympass have just announced a 33% increase (£26.99 to £35.99) to Bronze memberships. Unfortunately I won't continue to use them as I've been out priced. Not sure how they can justify this, as not long ago (less than a year) membership went from £22.99 to £26.99

Ok, but all those centres with pools/jacuzzi’s have turned the water temperatures down considerably, or even removed Jacuzzi use! Not the customers fault regarding greedy energy suppliers & extortionate energy bills! Does the customer get a reduced subscription for a poorer service? Nothing worse than getting into a cold pool in winter for a bit of so called leisure swimming 😤 perhaps Gympass can put some pressure on these centres that give a substandard poor service? Update: Gympass has just increased Bronze membership by over 30%! Greed? Well I guess why not follow the rest of the profiteering going on, energy companies, supermarkets et al with snouts firmly in the trough!
