Great gym but does the job. Small but never overly busy.

Not a member of this gym, but wanted a Day Pass unaware that you had to book a slot, and the lovely lady at the reception desk took my details and let me train without booking. The gym itself was very clean, with staff making sure to prompt you before entering to clean equipment after use, which every member did. Staff were also good at monitoring the gym floor. The equipment itself was exactly what I had wanted. Note this is a very small gym, but it had everything I could have wanted. I love the diverging lat Pulldown machine as many places do not offer that. There was also a place upstairs with a boxing bag which is a nice addition. Will definitely be back and may possibly take up membership, though I am not local.

Disrespectful in the way they speak to paying customers. Unclear guidelines on the way they operate with booking/ time slots. Was made to leave the gym after 45 minutes as i was in a small group of 3 and other people had “waited to come in”. We had paid £7 each on a DAY PASS and where made to feel like criminals when shouted at in the gym to leave after just 45 minutes! No refund offered... disgusting service! Still waiting on a call from management...
