Ordered a rowing machine and was given dispatch window of ‘from 25th Jan’ for delivery. Very pleased to receive it early on the 22nd after great online communication from UPS (including notification of dispatch and ability to track throughout). The product is top quality. The price was good considering the demand for rowing machines in lockdown. Others are ripping people off. Impressed with the whole service throughout. I’d definitely buy from Gymkit UK again. Very disappointing and poor service. Ordered a Olympic bar over a month ago and seeing as it is still yet to arrive I emailed to enquire about its progress. They insisted delays were due to COVID 19 and the order would be with me by the end of May (already nearly two months after order - any delays on orders were not mentioned at the time of order. In fact the opposite - I specifically chose an item that they said they HAD in stock. Obviously this was a lie). The next day after this correspondence I received another email. This one stated that my order was delayed again and I would now not receive any item until the end of June. This is totally unacceptable. I have responded to ask for a refund, but have had no response to this. I specifically purchased an item that was in stock on tour website to avoid delays, I specifically paid over the average for the item to avoid hassle and delays. Please issue me with a full refund so I can purchase the item from a more trustworthy and reputable source. Very disappointing indeed.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Placed an order online just after 'lockdown' and received a response the following morning advising me that alternative equivalent items could be delivered sooner. I didn't need to place a new order online, the sales team saw to everything for me. In short the Gymkit UK team got a set of dumbbells to me when it appeared nobody else could help. I'm very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them!

Gymkituk communicate promptly, delivered better than I expected, after two other failed attempts to obtain a small amount of kit by other suppliers Gymkituk communicated honestly unlike others who seemed to just want to stall and never give an upfront answer. Very happy with the purchase. Will definitely look into building on a home gym kit using Gymkituk.

I rang their sales department to check that delivery was ok during Corona. The woman who answered the phone said yes, so I placed an order worth £300. The next day I get an email saying there's a lead time of one month for the equipment. I wait three weeks, and get in touch and they say their third party supplier still isn't open and they haven't procured the weights!! If I had known that this company buys the weights from another company, sticks a mark up on them and then sells it on, I would have ordered somewhere else!! They never kept me informed of the process, just shocking service and now they're delaying the refund. Don't use these guys.
