Nothing feels as good as a strong, flexible body. Over the last 5 years I kept injuring myself in my long term yoga practice, and working with Maciej has given me my healthy body back. He has completely changed how my body works and how it moves. Through his attention and expertise, I am given bespoke training that increases my joint mobility, my core strength and my balance. Maciej is great company, patient, motivating and very skilful; I’ve not been injured once. I’m fitter than my 20something daughters and I like that for me. Maciej is excellent.

I have been going to see Maciej for almost a year following a cycling injury (broken elbow) : he has been outstanding, utterly professional, highly experienced, motivating and fun, helping with improving overall mobility, strength balance and range through really good range of exercises and movements. The sessions are totally bespoke, and adapted each time, but building on what I have done before. They are fun, engaging and I feel stronger and more mobile and knowledgeable than ever: this is a brilliant set up. I really enjoy the sessions and highly recommend him, and can now do a handstand!

He makes your gym routine different every time you go there. Gradually he builds up your workout depending on your needs. I trained with Maciej for a couple of years and would still be training with him if I hadn't moved away. He is focused and straightforward and encourages you to push yourself. He is also friendly and easy to chat to. I looked forward to our sessions which for someone very unfit and lazy was quite a surprise. He was also very helpful when I had injuries, finding workarounds or additional exercises to support recovery. I definitely felt much stronger and healthier after working with him. Would highly recommend.
