I have been training with Justine at Gym and Tonics for nearly 3 years now and absolutely love it. My body shape has changed so much and for the first time in my live I actually love my shape and I have a bum!!!! I first started working with Justine, who introduced me to strength training, when training for my first Marathon. The work I did on my all over body strength and the odd nutritional tip meant I smashed my marathon goal and the best thing was it felt easy. If I had carried on training with cardio alone I truely believe I wouldn’t have been able to achieve the 4 hours 12mins I did. Now 20 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child Justine is ensuring that my workouts are tailored to the correct stage of my pregnancy and enabling me to workout at home with a weekly programme so that I can continue to stay in shape and feel fit and strong at such an important time to do so. Looking forward to working with Gym and Tonics right up until due date and then into rehab once number 3 arrives 😊
