    HORRIBLE COMPANY! We had contracted GWS to do the fit out works for our new office. Initially, they seemed to know what they were doing, however, after the project commenced, they were terrible to deal with. The first thing I noticed was that the design was wrong, they didn't factor the current condition of the space we were moving to which meant that the cost of the project also increased due to this. The Project Managers were changed 3 times and at the end we had the worst PM ever. He was rude and didn't know what he was doing. At every twist and turn we were met with new costs thanks to their oversight. Their contractors did mediocre jobs. The paint work on our doors were scrapping off right after they were done which shows the skill set and acumen of their task force. Not only was our office not completed on time but we also had to engage other professional contractors simultaneously to get the office up to mark. I would not recommend Grosvenor Workspace Solutions unless you want a haphazard, unprofessional company doing your fit out. I would give them a -5 rating with all the stress and anxiety we had to deal with them. But had to put one Star rating so that I could post on Google.

    They did a office refurbishment for the company that I work for, I have to say that now the new office is looking amazing, from the space planning to the interior design of the office refurbishment they completed the refurbishment project in about 3 months, their team was very supportive in helping the company to accommodate , we are very happy with the new office as is looking stunning and finally has a more modern look, kudos for grosvenor workspace solutions and for their fast track services.
