    Arranged an appointment for today with guy salmon as I had a warning light showing . Received a phone call yesterday just to check everything was ok for the appointment and confirm my arrival time for today . Got to the dealership and found they had a new system in place for booking in this seemed to work fine and it was a smooth process . Once booked in I was shown to the cafe where I was served a nice coffee and biscuits while I waited . The check was completed and put right along with a valet all at no cost . As ever a great job completed and no issues with the very polite staff . Five stars from me .

    Took my Range Rover Sport in for a service and MOT here and the entire experience went from bad to worse. The price went up from the moment we walked through the door for no apparent reason. Charged an excessive amount for front disc and brake pads (£1,200). Quoted for work that was evidently unnecessary (as it had been completed elsewhere a week prior). Kept delaying the timeframe for collection. Ran out of time for the “inclusive” valley clean. Despite the final bill being double what was originally quoted over the phone, the customer service here was the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Every agent we spoke to had conflicting advice. The “manager” threatened not to give our keys back if we didn’t pay the full amount when we questioned the price. If the people that worked here weren’t so rude it would have made a world of difference. Good manners go a long way. Not sure our £1,800 went very far at all.
