I have a throat infection and arrived there on Saturday at 9pm. I’ve been dismissed saying that intense care closed at 8pm!!!! Shouldn’t a good service be available 24h?! I’m very disappointed as I need to look for another hospital nearby.

During flu season, I had the privilege of being treated at Guy's Hospital in London, and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were efficient and empathetic, making the check-in process seamless. The medical team at Guy's Hospital demonstrated a high level of skill and knowledge. They listened attentively to my symptoms, conducted a thorough examination, and explained the diagnosis and treatment options in a compassionate manner. Their ability to communicate effectively and involve me in the decision-making process was greatly appreciated.

In a nut shell, smiling helpful, well trained staff, made my visit to the dental department an easy borderline pain-free experience. With the additional self guided history lesson thrown in, having strolled the historical C18th quarter with numerous beautiful statues and art work

Absolutely careless stuff, my partner with AXA private insurance medicine , had been treated completely by careless people, they do not even offer help to shower or anything after a mayor operation and cancer patient, disrespectful and totally careless nurses .

Visited yesterday morning to remove by wisdom teeth. Very impressed with the service of every single staff member who made me feel welcome and relaxed. The Dental ward is very efficiently run and managed. The entire procedure took asking 45 mins, was impressed by the speed and professionalism. A big shout out to the NHS and all it’s staff members. They work very hard and deserve all the respect and value in society! Don’t know what we would do without them and the NHS! Well done Guys Hospital.

I went there to remove a mole for a biopsy and I was so scare, but the Clinical Nurse Specialist Rosalyn made me feel so comfortable and calm. She was so profesional giving me recommendations and after two months my scar it's perfectly healed and so tiny. The reason I'm giving a 4 is because I'm still waiting for the results. Everything was ok since I check in.

I’m 38 and on a waiting list for a MCL injury, I live in constant pain, every time I straighten my leg, I can’t walk some days and I’m stuck in bed or the sofa and dread getting up to the toilet. A year ago I was in the gym everyday and healthy. I have been told I have another 18 months to wait for sugary and this means I can’t take my young kids to the park etc and I’m currently drinking alcohol for pain management, constantly considering suicide and feel like I’m done. There is nobody to talk too, nobody who cares and this might be the end for me. My unfortunate injury has shown me that the NHS is broken and nobody cares, I asked to speak to a doctor and there is a 4 month waiting list just for that. Broken hospital.
