They should not close their reception area at lunch times. New patients come in handing in referral forms or for information and see a notice stating we are at lunch, meaning they have to return back again later. And cant get anyone on the phone either.

Do not go here unless you have an appointment even though they say they take walk-ins ! They staff is rude and pay no heed to the patients. The service , the process is slow and pathetic ! The reception staff is rude and after making you sit for long will tell you that the doctor is unavailable or will tell you that your issue is not urgent!!! No one goes to an emergency walk-in clinic unless they feel really the need to go! Do not waste your time going here ! Worst experience , they dont care even of the patient is in pain!

I recently had foot surgery there. That was absolutely fantastic. I have been going there for ages and the last time I went there for a toe nail clipping. I have now got a bloody wart on my toe. The guy that saw me didn't even have gloves on and now I have to get rid of this bloody wart. Thanks a lot. 😠😠
