A thoroughly enjoyable day paddling from Arundel to Pulborough. Challenging at times (head wind!) but wonderful scenery and good fun. A friendly and mutually supportive group of women. Helpful, considerate, encouraging and resourceful guide. A cup of tea at lunchtime from the kelly kettle was very welcome.

Challenged muscles that I didn’t know I had when I participated on a week long XC ski course for active beginners in Venabu, Norway. Through the expert instruction of our fabulous dedicated qualified instructor/guide, we progressed from Bambi to sort of competent improvers over the course of the week. We XC skied, we glided, we snow shoed, we fell over, we laughed, we experienced a husky drive and a horse drawn sleigh ride, and then we laughed some more! Also… restorative yoga, sauna, making new friends, delicious food, the most stunning environment, super friendly staff and hosts. Explore the options and sign up to one of the trips soon.
