If they had 0 stars I would give it to them. They sent me a message for an appointment for a scan. I called them twice to confirm that the appointment is going ahead and both times they told me to come in. I went to the hospital after taking time off from work and they told me there is not an appointment booked for me and I have to come back in a month. They didn't apologise either. They were blaming other departments. Please stay away from them if you have private insurance and try to find a more reliable hospital

A year ago after my Chemo treatment hadn't completely worked for my Non Hodkingson's Lymphoma I was referred to Dr Robin Sanderson at The Guthrie Clinic, King’s College Hospital. After extensive tests Dr Sanderson agreed to take me on as a private Car-T-Cell therapy patient which involved being admitted for 2 weeks in Waddington Ward and attending various clinics around the hospital. In every department I found the staff excellent, caring and very helpful particularly Dr Sanderson's team and Ms Aphrodite Pavlou who took a lot of time making sure that our appointments with the various clinics ran smoothly as we were travelling a long way and kept in touch before and after the treatment to make sure we had no problems. The care I received in hospital and afterwards was first class, and resulted in my being in Remission. I would recommend the Guthrie Clinic at King’s College Hospital and Dr Sanderson for their excellent care and professionalism.

Worst experience of my life! I paid to go private and this hospital gives patients the most awful so-called care. They charged a fortune and didn't even bother checking on me regularly, didnt get breakfast after my surgery when I hadn't eaten for almost 24 hours. I was bleeding on my bedsheets and the staff didnt even bother to change them for 3 days leaving me bedbound and in filth. The nurses were incompetent, rude and uncaring. I would have got 1000x better care with the NHS, which these awful hospitals put down and declare they can provide better care treatment and service. Everyone avoid at all costs.

I am supposed to be in for a procedure in two days' time. I was told I would receive prep instructions and the appointment time by email. No one has contacted me. I have spent two days phoning constantly but no one is answering the phone ... terrible.
