Lovely staff but completely butchered my hair. Tried to cover up the mistakes by over styling it with loads of wax. As soon as I brushed and wash it I could see how uneven my hair cut was. Was originally offered to go back and have it corrected but after completely ruining my hair I was obviously reluctant. I had to suggest a refund and that they apologise before they actually did. Apparently the refund is considered an apology and styling is “a personal preference” as I was harshly told by the person on their instagram. Services: Hair coloring, Hair highlighting

I got my hair fully highlighted and trimmed by Maria for the first time. I have been getting my hair highlighted since I was 12, and this has by far been my favourite results. I absolutely love how my hair turned out, and I will 100% be going back. The highlights look so natural, and my hair feels so so healthy. And, Maria was the nicest person ever. Absolutely gutted with my highlighting experience. As my hairdresser was applying the highlights I could see she was making them extremely thin to be bleached not sure what it was about to save on bleach because it was part of the deal they had on or as she tried to explain it was the technique she tried to use. Despite having what it looked like enough foils once removed even wet you could see there weren't a lot of fresh blonde root . The toner that was applied did absolutely nothing to my colour which was an absolute waist of £35. Once blowdried because of the bad lighting in the salon I couldn't see the work completely once I came to work and lighting was a lot better I finally could make a judgement that the highlighting job was awful. It looks like I had no highlights done as some comments I received at work. trusted my hairdresser with the judgement but highly disappointed. I gone to the salon before and had good job done and very satisfied in the past. Unfortunately this time I felt like I absolutely wasted my money and I can't see the results.
