Had a really great experience having my boiler serviced by Grant, he was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable! He secured a part within the boiler that was incorrectly fitted and explained each part of the process! Super quick, yet thorough! Easy process to book through the office. Easy to pay online. You could track the engineer on your phone via a link sent on the morning of the appointment so you knew exactly when he was coming! Very competitively priced and very professional! Cannot thank these guys enough. After a fruitless evening and morning ringing plumbing firms who didn’t answer the phone or call back I spoke with Guscott in the early afternoon around my shower which had flooded out the bathroom following a leak, they rejigged the schedule to allow Mike to attend who very carefully opened up the wall to access the mixer pipe work and was able to fix the leak and conceal the work behind the decorative panel saving on retiling and other remedial issues, everything left perfectly tidy and pristine, cannot thank and praise Mike and the team enough. Thank you very much and highly recommend them

Have used Guscott Heating for 4/5 years now and can honestly say I have never had a problem with them. Recently had Grant and the young lad come round and replace the air valve and service the boiler and all went ok. From booking the appointment in with Tricia in administration to an engineer coming round it was all straight forward. I like getting the text beforehand letting you know the engineer is on their way. Well done the Guscott team!
