I've used Guru for a couple of years. Their support is absolutely awesome - you'd do better to find another host with the level of support you get from Guru. As a reseller however, the performance of my package reached it's limit pretty quick and although sympathetic, the staff could not accelerate my website, despite paying for the boost. Regretfully, I am moving to another provider as lost business and revenue, together with competitive pricing with others, meant I had a better alternative. If you have a small site that needs less resources, they're great. We outgrew our package and that triggered a search for more competitive hosts, which I found with unlimited resources for around the same monthly fee.

Technically I do not understand what I am doing and I appreciate the help offered. I would not hesitate to recommend GURU. Their pricing is reasonable and clear. I am grateful.

The customer service of this company is really pathetic and they do not have sympathy with their customers. I had some issues so due to all this I had zero usage of the service over 2 months but this company was taking regular payments from my credit card. I tried to log a complaint to get my money back then realised this company does not have a complaints department or team. Their processes are all messed up and they did not give me my money back. I am really disappointed and have now cancelled my contract with them. It's a small reseller hosting business ran by couple of persons so it's not a full-fledged company. Beware, you'll not get a good service and good customer service from them so avoid this company and do not waste your money with non-professionals. Now this business will try to justify their wrong actions with lame excuses.

tenacious and dedicated support! I use / manage a lot of websites across many hosts. Such as Kualo, Krystal, TSO Hosts, Kinsta, and various servers via cloudways. Without a doubt, Guru's technical support is superior to all these other hosts, in terms of fault resolution times and their dedication to finding a resolution to a problem, even if it's not hardware / hosting related, but client-script related which is not really within their remit. I would use them for every project if I could!!
