I had a detailed conversation and explained what is need and that 2 people can not do the work. I was told it would be 3-4 cleaners I only had 2 cleaners. I was told it would be 7 hours for the job after explaining everything and we agreed to 3-4 cleaners working for 7 hours. I asked if they will have industrial equipment to use normal bleach etc won’t work. I was told the cleaners would have this equipment which didn’t seem to be the case. The cleaners need an amazing job. I did not receive the service I paid for. I booked 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 closet toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 utility room, single oven and fridge for a fully furnished property. The front room and kitchen was the only room touched none of them finished. The oven cleaned the fridge wasn’t touched. I am very unable that I did not get a service I booked but still being charged the same price with being offered a discount for the next booking. Which can not be promised to be competed and the provided truthful information. This was nothing like the deep clean in expected. Was not fair on the two cleaners to have to try and do the booking alone. Service: Deep clean
